When will we get hike?22-22 hike,they gave in 24 n that too negligible.Are they going to provide this year?They have not given any hike in April from last 3 tears.It's too much!!
Hike became a myth in Infosys. Infosys has Heighest number of Resignations because of No hike. But, still there is No decision taken from Management. I hope you understand the situation
Yup they gave a huge amount of hike ..,...... To CEO . For being in our motivational emailers and attend some meetings and tours that are more of holidays.
Can't vouch about the authenticity but recently saw a post on Glassdoor which mentioned that hikes will be rolled out in November for OS and CD guys
Honestly, no hope
Hikes are unpredictable here. Management hasn't decided yet. Historically, they've been inconsistent and delayed. If you're waiting for a hike, don't hold your breath. Consider other options.
