I think so no ..u will receive hike next year may2025. Y because before nov u should complete 1year then only they will calculate other than that they will give variable pay only. ( in my scenario its happens) not sure how it will go to you 😊

You are eligible to get a hike this year. Usually, A candidate who joined on or before April, is eligible for Hike in the Same year at Nov/Dec

If you are level 12 and have completed 1 year you would get hike 11%
