Looking at the current trend don't expect much as TCS, wipro already said they will decide till the end of year. They are not following their normal appraisal cycle, about cognizant appraisal cycle you already know.

Cognizant was supposed to give hikes in April, but they deferred it to August like last year.
The thing I'm worried about is, if they're gonna give miserable hikes like last year.
