Recently My role got changed from JL4 to JL5 with some increment effective from OCT 2024.

Am I eligible for annual hike in jan 2025?

From past 3 years since I joined Infy I haven't receievd any hike.

You are eligible for Annual Hikes. The salary hike you got recently is for role promotion. Which is different from annual hikes
