If we receive a year end review rating, we will definitely get a hike?? Because I still didn't get any Hike letters. This is my 1st time waiting for a hike. I am from A4 grade in CCA BU. And by next month I will complete my 2 years in Capgemini.

Mostly in my opinion you should be receiving it by this month. Else maybe in the next quarter. But get it confirmed once.
