Trending @Capgemini; Hike % Received Post Promotion to AC(B1)

I have recently promoted to Associate Consultant(B1) but the hike percentage received is almost 5.5% ~ 30k But when checked with few Friends who joined on the same day they received almost 12% ~60k

I thought it mught be due to different BU but they are of same BU ~ CCA. But their rating were less than mine and still they received better hike.

Did anyone faced this issue?

Reporting to HR will help?

Please, help me with some inputs.
