Trending @Capgemini; hike / appraisal query

I joined cg in May 2024 since the I am working for bank client and reporting from client location.The client has extended contract for one more year . They are happy with my performance. Since I joined I didn't get anything. No promotion, no hike, no bonus. I don't know whom to contact for this. My people manager is new to org . He doesn't know anything. When i tried to connect with my account manager by sending a msg on teams he completely ignored me. I also raised a query in hr portal. Instead of mentioning my people manager is new he doesn't know anything. They replied back to connect with your people manager. Even I get a hike in Jan which I am assuming 1 % it will reflect in April salary. 2 year for that 1% with this appreciation. Even I am not sure I will get anything or not. Please guide me.
