Hello everyone, as we all know hikes are delayed for August, by any chance anyone has any idea on the increment % If someone has got 5 ratings for the year?
Don’t depend on hikes or increments its a joke . If you feel you are underpaid then Switch your Job simple and get your desired hike %. Also don’t stay in one company for more than 2 years , ideally every 1-2 years you have to switch your job for financial growth.you stay in one company for 1-2 years solely to get work experience and upskill yourself
Depends on BU and their profit margin..not expecting anything more than 10-12% for the top most rating when at least a formal email has not been sent regarding the delay in hike. The current situation of Cognizant is very poor.
I'm skeptical that the manager determines the ratings. I received a rating of 3. I asked my manager to explain his decision in a one-on-one meeting with me, but I haven't received a response yet. The feedback in the comments section was excellent, but it was only reflected in a rating of 3.
Excellent Performance and comments don’t guarantee rating 4 or 5. It’s limited to only 1or2 members in the team. Then there is normalisation where 2or3 team members has to be rated 2.
11-15% not more than that this year
