Trending @Accenture; Hii there ...Just Frustrated

I am an Associate, getting assigned work equivalent or little less than team lead.Any way to get roll off.Team members not supporting.....tbh they themselves are confused half of the time.Even a Task thaat we get take 5 hrs to get resolved on call if asking seniors.How are they expecting me to get work done when they themselves are not able to do it
