I am l12.Got placed in a support role where I only route tickets, do health checks of apps and monitor apps. No technical work, nothing to learn, feels like zero growth. Super frustrated how do I get out of this loop?

If it makes you feel any better where you start doesnt matter. I started my career the same way in 2014 with 2.75 salary. Had to assign tickets even on Christmas and new years. I got a chance after 1 year to work with a technical team because I was good at my work. In that team I learnt coding and post 3 years became a developer.
Today I have a total of 11 years of experience and designated as a Manager in Accenture with promotions every 2 years since I joined and my current package is ~45Lakh ( fixed and variable).
I always tell my junior folks. Doesnt matter where you start you can always be the best there and opportunity will find you. Hope this helps. All the best
