Just got an offer for L61 in Hyd. Want to know how it the internal transfer process here? Let’s say if I want to move to Bangalore in next 6-8 months

Received an email from Highspot recruiter reg. backend role in Hyderabad. Has anyone heard about the company..? All I could gather from blind is they recently laid off US teams and are now hiring in Canada and India, and the culture seems to go downhill in the last two years in the US at least. Any idea on how it's going to be in India..? I'm a L60 at Microsoft, with a possible move to L61 next week. Thinking of switching as i want to work in something relatively new from ground up rather than maintaining/migrating existing legacy systems.

It seems employee referrals are not working these days
I arranged employee referrals from Microsoft , Visa , Arcesium , Walmart but no response came not even rejection its almost 1 month. Is there any other trend prevailing in market? Or more precisely Am I approaching in the wrong way?
