Highly demotivating environment

TCS has been actively grooming associates with AI skills, and many of us are putting in significant effort—working on POCs and successfully converting them into live projects. However, despite these contributions and the growing demand for AI expertise, the compensation and hikes do not seem to reflect the value delivered. This gap increases the risk of losing skilled associates to better-paying opportunities outside.
