Highest CTC for Senior/Staff designation

I am looking for a job change as a Senior PM.

I recently heard that Uber doesn’t just offer a hefty fixed and variable pay, but they also sweeten the deal with over 50 Lakhs in RSUs—paid out monthly, no less! Quite the steal compared to those companies that trickle out RSUs yearly or quarterly.

I'm putting together a list of companies that offer similar golden packages. If you know of any, please drop their names in the comments.

Oh, and let's not forget the fine print: work-life balance and company culture will be major deciding factors—because who needs all that money if you’re too exhausted to spend it?
