Higher studies sponsored by TCS

Hello Guys,

I have 2.6 years of experience in TCS. Currently I am working as a java backend developer. I want to pursue higher education be it distance or full time but I want to do this in TCS sponsorship.

Please let me know the process to find out more about this. Whom should I ask?

Also is it worth it? Kindly please help me.
