Trending @Capgemini; Higher Studies or job? Which to choose?
I was working as a java developer for the last one year but i was struggling to cope up with the stress so I decided to shift to a non-tech domain. And I also need to relocate to Kolkata. Thinking it's impossible to get both in Capgemini I decided to go for an MBA and took admission in a college in kolkata. But now I am really confused as leaving my financial freedom is terrifying. Also I have no idea how life after mba looks like. Any advice on this?

I think if you are not satisfied with your job and want something better then go for higher studies but don't use it as an escape because higher studies is not an easy way out, you have to work hard there too and go through the hiring process again.

My thoughts: I usually recommend folks with less experience in industry (less than 3 years) not to quit job and do higher studies. Have atleast 5-7 years of experience. Reason is one would take min of 3 years to understand areas of interests and strengths. MBA teaches art of solving problems, its not just academics.

True what you are saying but it won't be that possible to get an mba in my 30s as family responsibilities would be something to worry about
