Higher education policy in TCS

Hi everyone! I joined TCS in Oct 2023 as systems engineer ( Digital ). My current package is 7.5LPA. Next year I want to pursue MS by using the higher education policy in TCS… I Want to know how much Hike I can expect after completing the Masters. Thanks in advance 😊

Salary revision will depend on a lot of factors such as YOE, college from where you graduated, grades in master's, etc. But usually, as per offline discussions with colleagues, the hike would be nearly 30%.
