Higher education and hike

Hi everyone! I joined TCS in Oct 2023 as systems engineer ( Digital ). My current package is 7.5LPA. Next year I want to pursue MS by using the higher education policy in TCS.. I Want to know how much Hike I can expect after completing the Masters. Thanks in advance 😊
