Bro any Series A, B startup would pay minimum 35 LPA to SDE 2 frontend. Just mass apply to all those, also your current is decent so you can get it easily

You can try for ServiceNow, they have frontend specific profiles too and they pay really well.

Not currently in touch, but you can easily find someone. But I can confirm they pay really well, and they have stock options too. For your current ctc of 28, I think they can easily offer 40 or more.
