High noon consultancy (Deloit )consultancy review

Recently I got an offer from deloit through consultancy company they are promising promotion to full time with in a month of joining through contract so please advise me is it wise to take a offer through these consultancy.

I already have a full time offer in reputed company please address to choose which company to select.
