High hike role for wings 2

What role I should select in wings2 to get higher hike? Currently : 3.6 yoe, 8.5 LPA, Skills : Data analyst, Power bi, Power apps Expected to become C2 by this year

Also saw something about R1 and R2 roles, where R2 roles get more hike. Please tell about these if anyone know.

Also how much hike I can expect from wings2 given my yoe, CCTC and skillset?

R1,R2,R3 are role levels which are connected with your grade. If you are C2 then you can only select R2 and R3. Wings2 has 4 Power plays. Each power play will increase your salary. If selected tech is in demand then 40 to 50% hike.

Is there any mention that these are R2 and these are R2, so I can pick the correct one? Don't want end up selecting lower one.

My friend did recently, with pp1 completion for architect role he got just 3 percent hike . Don't fall to 10 or 20 percent hike gimmick

Your salary might increase to 40% if you clear wings2 but it's impossible to clear and also before that you should be eligible for wings2 make sure you know what conditions apply for eligiblity
