As Infosys Attrition Rate keeps increasing at 14.4% in June 2025, Are there any steps taken by management to retain employees? Or Can we expect any favours (as an employee) from them to stop the climbing rate?

I think they have reached a point where they don’t care. They have realised the fact that they can’t compete with GCC on salary. They are just trying to retain top 5-10% and making them do work of 3 people !!! High cost model can’t work on outsourcing !! But they are paying well in all the merging spaces it’s only the regular ADM folks who are suffering because of unit economics
