hierarchy in capgemini
What is the hierarchy in Capgemini India? I wanted to know the levels of hierarchy to plan a proper growth path. Thanks in advance.
I don’t know about the entire hierarchy in Capgemini. But, the fresher levels I know. There are 6 grades in the fresher level. After that, there are senior levels and then the executive level. But, before simply promoting to the upper grade, an interview takes place.

The levels in Capgemini includes software engineer. Of course, it is strictly for the technology department. Ab usme bhi they have senior levels. Apart from that there is consultant, or associate consultant, senior consulant, manager senior manager, Vice President, for the executive level.
There are many levels in Capgemini. Depending on the various departments in the company, the levels are divided among entry-level, senior-level and executive-level. Issey zyada toh I don’t even know.
Even I can’t keep up with hierarchy in Capgemini. There are too many levels. Mujhe HR ne explain kiya thaa, the number of levels that are there in Capgemini. But, I get confused with these levels. All I know is I’m working as an Associate and promotion milne pe i will be a senior associate.
I think the hierarchy in Capgemini consists of a lot of levels from A3 or Associate level to E2 which is basically the managerial position. Uske baad depending on your management skills, senior managers and other positions are taken into consideration.
No idea about hierarchy in Capgemini. In my company it starts from Associate level which goes up to senior management levels, from A band to F band.
