I am serving my notice since 20 days. I am shared resource to a project. My people lead has strictly told not to tell anyone in my project team including project manager about my resignation. So now since project is in initial phase, the access are done and now we are going to estimate the project! Should I still be quiet? or should I ask my people lead to tell my project manager about my resignation
