Can I hide the experience of a company where I worked for 10 days? The same company is listed in PF service history. Will the new company raise any concern over it ? Will it be caught in BGV?

I've been jobless for the last 2 months and I was being honest in every interview. I'm clearing interview rounds and HR says that I'll get an offer letter soon and then they stop responding. If I disclose the 10 days of work experience in a company, then I won't even get a call for an interview. This happened with one of the companies.
