It is not about years of experience, you need to have met criteria, for dse L0 to L1 l, you need to complete learning path, dq score should be great 100 and should be on project for 10 months will billing rate 30$ as minimum. The whole info given here was provided in previous discussions with manager for all dse individuals.

Thanks for the info. I have completed learning paths my dq is 180 and I have been in project only for couple of months ... where to check for billing rate ?
