As JL5 I get only 15 L + 3 L(variable) with 13 years of experience.

If not lateral ,Most of the jl5 are getting 8-10lpa. If lateral, 12-20lpa.

Jl6 lateral has 22 to 30..excluding variables. If u are in infi from the start..than as your at good salary. I have seen many jl6 with the same experience as yours getting only 11-12 with 2.5L variable. Infy does not care about old employees.

JL 5 should definitely earn between 22-28 lpa, also depends on niche tech and domain. JL 6 I'm not sure
