I have a keen interest in this role, but due to family responsibilities I need to understand the expectations in this range. I checked online but the figures seem bloated and unverified. Anyone from the industry, who can share the standard range?
From close friends who are in the industry, it's a bit varied Tier 1 funds offer 45-60LPA Tier 2 funds offer 30+ LPA Funds that are not in the top 10 offer 15-25 LPA it seems
