Trending @Accenture; Hi to everyone discussing Variable Pay

If you think you have got low VP/HIKE let me tell you something....I am an ASE ,I am about to complete 2 yrs in ACN,didn't get default promotion and got a variable pay of just 3%.

Asked my PL he said it's HR policy and there is certain criteria......Anyone /manager /PL who can tell me why was my VP just 3% compared to others who are my level have got atleast 7%.

It's really disheartening to see my VP this time feel like resigning without an offer letter.
