I joined in HCL 2021 as a fresher..after that They were deployed in one project and still the project is ongoing but work not allocated me and my team mates it's been almost 3 years and so many times I asked manager and HR they told me simply Just upskill your self still I'm billable..when..I was Trying to move another project manager but not gave permission from last 3 years.. I leaned AWS cloud and devops and SQL and basics of frontend... And I did 2 Demo AWS Devops projects from udemy...now I don't understand what can I do any one guide me to get a project
I think you need to lookout for another company because when you switch you will get good hike and new project to work.. and your 3 years experience is now sufficient to switch
Hi I’m still In HCL for 3 YOE no calls in current Market…Now I need One Suggestion 15days back they were deployed me Into Development Project KT was Started that is Supply Chain related Project Using Blue Yonder Tool and Sql/PLSQL for data analysis and forecast…Now My Question Is can I stay here for learn Some Subject Are can I go for What I learn Previously AWS Devops(Without hands on)…?I’m confusing
