A to SA promotion is not default or automatic .. You need to raise job moves request with your home manager in tmp if you are eligible . 2 years as A and 3,4,5 ratings are eligible

From last 3 years i received 3, 3, 4 rating....

Then you are eligible you can check with your home manager if you have completed 2 years as Associate
