Few Advice - try to update Notice Period 15 days, if asked then told you are in bench and can be released immediately 2. While applying for Jobs in LinkedIn or Naukari.com try the filter Date posted and filter the jobs posted within 24 hours and apply only on them. Try these two things . Prepare interview questions. I have faced same problem from yours. Follow my advice and apply daily , you will get call. Be serious about switch and apply daily .
