Hi Team do we need to report to daily to RMG after completing maternity leave any exceptions they are giving?
As per new TCS rules, everyone has to report to office daily...All 5 days mandatory.
If you are ok, just meet RMG and go home
Else
Take some more days Leave - At the end Health matters
It is okay to go office to meet RMG but they keep specific time to meet RMG it won't be possible with baby
Tell them that you have a baby and can come and meet them based on your feasible timings. They have to agree for this, they can't do anything. Ask politily at the start and be strong if they are not agreeing.
If your LERF is approved, you may just swipe in, hoping the variable pay doesn't matter much.
If your LERF is not approved, you will have to report to RMG on daily basis till the time LERF gets approved
After maternity leave can I resign? Will i need to complete the Notice period of 90 days

After ML they will give early release. No need to complete 90 days notice period
