Hi TCSer’s
Those who are working under support projects as 24/7 timings , you guys going to office in weekends as well or you guys getting exception .

For weekend support - on call is a priority,
If there is any need we have to visit the office
If it's more than 3 hours comp off can be taken .
But this is against the gov policy.
Working hours per week is increased if you are on weekend support . Also on call time should be defined for 9 hours not 24 hours .
