Hi TCSer ( Losers) I am thinking to put paper is it okay ?
Why I am saying this as I have cleared 3 interview's 1 st round and don't know why they put hold on 2nd round. Many people rejecting as 90 days fucking NP. What advice guys can you give me as you are TCSer and losers as well but some time a losers can give better advice?

Get on bench and not respond and report to RMG, ur notice period will get reduced lol

I resigned without any offer, and that was the best decision I have made! Else I could have stayed in TCS as a loser for ever!

When did you resign bro? I need the same courage like you my interviews are stuck.

I resigned a couple of months black. I was dead stuck with this 90 days np. Was not even getting good calls. Then took that bold decision of resigning without an offer!
But I won't suggest it if you have a lot of financial commitments!
But if you believe in your skills, you can easily get a new job, in those 90 days for sure!

First of all don't say loser to TCSer, i know you are at your high frustration but saying yourself as a loser is not a good word. If you are good in technical then other organisations wait for 3 months without any issue.
For your release, being on the bench and getting released soon

Just lie that u r on bench and in sera h of project , if u get new offer , u can release early as there is no project go serve 90 days notice period .

It depends on your skills demand and your financial support system. You need to ask that question your self, do i have family support , suppose without job for 6 months, do i have enough money for 1 year expenses and no loans.

All others I have but I don't have financial support even 1 rs

Then mostly no, unless you courage (physical + mental energy) to do gig job like swiggy, rapido etc.. . Resigning is an art , you need to create fallback support system around you, parallelly upgrade skills. once that launch pad (support) is ready, then happyly resign without second thought.

Get into TCS, make friends like minded, then put paper again once you see another switch ready time.. Once you on bench, you will be able to get out in 35 days and no such 90 days.
