Hi Right now I am working in command centre which is L1 role. But we have a tool called AS400 which doesn't have much openings now might he around 2-4k for all experiences i don't know whether to conitinue in that or not.

Right now I am having 4.2 lpa. Will it be a good choice if I switch now for7-8Lpa to Accenture or wait for release and get a good project do for 1 yr and shift later please I am conffused i might get release by may end i had been asking since 2 mnths so. I am afraid that if i moved to that role what will if it doesn't have future so I am worried.

As400 has good opportunity as it's a niche skill now. Learn the commands and. That operating system commands along with SQL and the programming language (mostly RPG ) and SQL along with it, it could be worthy, you could rephrase your profile as an As400 developer and earn good money. Lots of companies use it.

Don’t worry.. Accenture will wait … they will just create urgency .. if you tell them that your release day is so and so .. they will send a revised offer … in fact accenture gave me revised offer letter thrice in 15 days … but look for other things like stability ,, shift job etc because.. Accenture is very mathlabi and will not pay u easily .. always on toes … use accenture as stepping stone of ur salary part … skill up .. learn cyber security.. shift with on 1 to at max 2 years ,. U will definitely not have tcs Barosa 🤓

Switch company, because it is not sure that after you release from this project you will get a good project, so upskill and attend interview.
