Few projects have this concept of ‘YearBook’ wherein they highlight achievements through the year and in the end, mention all resources (with their photos) that are part of the project. That usually happens around December in my project though and they ask for photo each year. Maybe your project is adopting it?

Yes. They asked my pic over the email. I asked few people they are saying in the beginning of the project they will ask everyone. But mine is almost completed 2 years in the same project.
