I joined with same two years back trust me ask for more and worst case ask them to reduce vpay you get peanuts I got 9.3 out of 10 in rating and gave me 60 percentage of vpay out of that again 40 percentage tax. Almost out of 2.4 I got like 1.2after all. When I joined they said two types of vpay a part into monthly which you get full remaining yearly based on performance later they changed policy and I get monthly also by deduction and appraisal after 15 months you are eligible and will give a quarter lately so you have to wait literally 18 months for hike which will be 3 percentage on avg if you are in top three ratings

Additionally yoy will not get any Shift or On-call allowance. So negotiate on that too.

You will get only 70%. So negotiate on variable pay.

Ask for 21 at least and 10 % of variable

Can you please send offer letter screenshot salary breakage

Don't believe the 13 % variable it's a scam, even if you receive a good rating you won't get full variable
