I am an ASE joined my 2 nd project recently,it is very hectic here and I want to get a roll off.How and whom to request roll from?I am in this project from May end........
Not mental health like make some medical certificate so you can say doctor has told me for rest so I want roll off
Frankly speaking, getting released at ASE level is very difficult, your lead/manager will involve HR if you ask for release. There is very less opportunity in Bench, so HR will force you to stay or resign.
Please help me what to in this situation.....
+my team members are not supporting,super aged thus communication gap,my mentor has recently got a baby thus she is buy with it only and unable to help me I fucking hate this project ......even considering options of resigning without offer letter
