Hi people who have switched from service based to PBC

Hi guys, I need guidance on how you guys switched from service based to PBC. And do college projects matter? And what about the DSA level someone should be prepared for? Is it necessary that a person should be able to solve hard questions for getting into PBCs. Need your guidance guys
