I have two previous employment. Should I transfer pf balance (epf contributions) from my previous employment to my current pf account?

Do note that uan is same for all three account. why and why not?

I recently switched company. Is there any requirement of changing the pf account to the new employer. As this is my first switch I don't have much idea about this. Could anyone guide me on this.

Ones who have done it before -

1. Was it something tedious? How long did it take?
2. What are the pros/ cons of doing so, if any.
