Hi guys, I’m new to accenture and I have to RTO 2 days a week. It’s been 1.5 years since I last went home ( my state is quite far ). How do I persuade my manager to allow me to go WFH for a few months ?

Ask for 2 weeks leave during crunch time and tell them if not provided WFH .. you will need these leaves frequently
