Hi My last working day in the current project is Aug'1st and also got the new project within HCL and they initiated the pre BGV and RAS, I am yet to upload the documents. Outside two offers are pipeline Photon, Genpact. yet to receive the offer letter. If i receive the new offer from outside will the new project from HCL allow me, Will they approve my release, also HCL Will accept my immediate resignation, please somebody suggest me. Please respond me quickly
If you are in bench, then they will release you immediately after you resign. If any project is assigning then you have to serve notice period. Better to pressure them to get offer letter ASAP ( convey them that you are immediate joiner ) Once you get offer letter, inform client to stop RAS assignation

B/w two projects u will be put on bench for 2 3 days. Put your resignation and leave else u will have to serve notice period as in bench u will be releived early.
Please put the resignation and move to bench or else you will get stuck in HCLTech
