Hi managers, as IPF released it means that band has been decided and can't be changed? Any meeting with the manag or reviewer can help here?

It can be changed but your manager and reviewer have to give justification on why it has to be changed to HR which shows they were at fault initially so mostly they wont change but they can change Band if ur arguments were valid and convincing in the meeting
