Hi! I've query regards to my Q3 variable pay

I was provided the project activity during november and December 2024 and was asked to connect from home and no need to raise the wfo exception request since management told me will take care of the exception and my rto percentage in Q3 impacted due to that and no quartely variable pay received and I'm into c2 grade .

Same has been informed the manager and no action taken yet - pls advise best process to escalate this issue?
