We get exempted from the certification stage at max. First time I'm seeing the video interview round also getting exempted. Can u kindly tell how u got this exemption ? What is ur qualification? Are u an MBA ? YOE in general and infosys ? Ur DQ score ?

How did you get an exception for the Video Assessment?

You will have Generic and Stream training for atleast a month each and then your role change will happen once you clear your stream training, until then your salary remains same. The whole process May take 2-3 months

Which unit are u from? This means u have been nominated for acon (4B or 4A) U will hage to go through training next

1. Your manager or DM nominated you for this, and since there will be no unit movement, you got exemption.
2. You'll be promoted to JL 4B from current 3A. Expect 30-40 % hike in CTC. Sadly much of this will be as Perf Bonus, so you won't get that ever. Welcome to bonus cribbers club.
3. No clue about number of days, but if its stream training, you'll be having 6-8weeks training atleast.
4. Your work tech stack should remain more or less the same, but you'll get additional responsibilities. Since your Managers only nominated you, either they need to get you billed as a senior resource in current project or they have another project lined up where they want to put you in.
