Trending @Accenture; Hi, I'm working in Accenture for last 2.5 years as a Level 10 and total exp is 8 years. But my CTC is 9.5 LPA. What should I do, please suggest. I'm under paid. No chance for Hike, also no promotion, and no market corrections.

Same for me too, considering the 90 days notice period of accenture, nobody is willing to offer interviews. so I decided to resign and look for opportunities. Still 74 days left for completion of notice period. I will search aggressively once the bracket of notice period comes below 60 days. Will keep you posted.

Hi guys here is the update, i got offer letter on the 87th day of the notice period for 16LPA. Feeling relieved and relaxed. The mantra of resigning first and search for job worked for me.

Dude 👏 praise to your resilient risk taking attitude. Keep it up 👍

I am a 10.1 and at a 14.5LPA. Are there any chances of promotion or increment?

I M at level 10 how did you find that sub-level (10.1). My fixed package is 9.5 :(

In workday buddy.

As per accenture standards the 9.02 LPA is the start range for a level 10 and it goes upto 16.5 LPA for same level 10. If you have joined at this package means you came from some TCS, infosys, cognizant like MNC where you will be paid 4LPA to 5 LPA.

Look for a company change. You can easily get 18lpa for sure. Resign without an offer letter and look for a job in the last 30 days.

Even I am at level 10 with similar ctc working from last 3yrs in accenture. Once I came to know that I will not not be getting promotion I resigned and now got one offer. I suggest the same for you.

Bhai meri bhi same halat h level 10 pr🥺🥺

Bro you are too underpaid I am at CL10 with 8.15 LPA please ask manager for hike or check Naukri.com

@SameCartoon1 May know your skill set

On which level you have started working in Accenture?
