Rating 2 this year and last year, received award, B2 got promoted last year , but my ctc less than 7 LPA, this year no hike even after compliance and great performance review 🥲yes it's a shtshow I must cry a river! This year I am gonna get out of this shthole

8 yoe java angular UI UX good with communication and leading team, any companies you guys know takes 90 day NP? Most recruiter show interest first but then they hear 90D then no calls? How do I tackle this
