Any idea? Or has anyone seen such an issue?
Within Texas also, salaries can be different based on city . But cannot understand how a JL4 is getting more than JL5, may be due to skill . Is he into a niche area and his billing rate is high ?
Hi we both are assigned to same city, Richardson and we both are from ENG unit and I am his team lead. And in infy his salary is half of my salary. So I am really confused what is happening in infy.
Never heard of such scenarios. Only thing which comes to my mind is the timing of the petition when they were filed and what was mentioned as minimum salary . But check with your manager. But technically you are not supposed to know other persons salary, but discuss with your manager in confidence
