HR is denying for WFH, HCL policy is hybrid but my project is calling for 5 days office.

I joined project on 3 days RTO policy, later they changed it to 5 days.

I beleive for marriage we will be having 15days leave, your leaves again. This is general for any company not specific with one company. These days RTO guidelines are being very stringent in HCL. Take to your reporting manager, and I believe you can get 12 WFO office (where you plan for leaves) rest can be WFH.

Hello you mentioned for marriage we will have 15 days leaves. When i spoke with manager he never ever approved for 15 days leaves. And reverting bqck with another question why you need 15days for marriage?
How this can be pointed out, a life time event in our life and not have enough time to enjoy that moment. Even my senior colleague got only 5 days leaves for marriage and next Monday he reported back to work.

For any sankranti or Christmas some people taking 1week whole leaves stating festival and what about marriage which would once in a life time.

That would be a better option, see that RTO is mandatory policy we can't escape from it no other option unless otherwise you take maternity leaves.
Best possible way is talk with your manager and go for 12 days office and rest WFH
Or go for 2week and take 2 leaves in a month
