have got a bad rating in the last project, but post that I was in a bench for six months during the bench period I have done multiple certification and My dq increased from 15 to 80 and I have map to project and it’s been five months already. Recently I have done check-in and I have got a positive and good feedback from my current manager, but all of a sudden HR called me and asked me that you’re in pip. Since my ex manager had given me bad rating bad ratings they have given me around 60 days of time. My current manager assigned the task to me which even he cant do! currently they have hired me for L3 technical support role and it’s been five months since I’m working as so, but the task whichever you have given me now is all developer task like he literally said to automate some manual intervention. That’s happening by writing the scripts, so these kind of difficult task you have given. I don’t know what exact intention he have, and my previous manager was having a personal graduate with me because I was the one who forced him to release me, he did not release me by himself. he was not happy, releasing me.
Better try to switch soon , they will not do promotion for next 1 year in infosys
Similar situation here. Got PIP due to previous project NI rating. 30 days almost over in PIP. My new manager had set tasks which were related to my current project. But in your case it’s look they want to push you out by deliberately failing you. Start looking for new job. In my case, I have strong feeling despite clearing all the tasks they will probably push me out. PIP is just way to push out people these days.
